SWOT Analysis
A SWOT analysis evaluates an idea, business, or project across four areas:
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal factors, while opportunities and threats come from the external environment.
People do such analyses to quickly understand their current position and make better strategic decisions. It helps them build on strengths, fix weaknesses, pursue opportunities, and prepare for potential threats.
